Refund and Dispute Policy

All sales are final once the vehicle has been released. If you believe a service was not performed as agreed, please contact us within 7 days of service for review. Disputes will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy & Process

Parts ordered for repairs are non-returnable unless defective. If a part is found to be defective, we will work with the supplier to obtain a replacement. To initiate a return process, contact us with your service record and reason for return.
